Two sides of a coin
Seeing the bright side is hard, but it’s worth doing! There are always two sides of a coin. One can be negative and one can be positive. Seeing both sides of anything will help keep things in perspective.
If you are feeling down and need something to cheer you up, I recommend finding one small thing that makes you happy. It could be as simple as having a favorite snack or simply taking five minutes for yourself. You don’t have to change your life; just start with changing your mindset!
So if your life is not what you want it to be, take some time for yourself and visualize the life that you do want! Visualizing is the key component of manifestation. If you can imagine it, it can happen. You can take charge and make positive changes in your life.
Why does visualizing work?
The brain’s neurons are trained to interpret visual images as actual actions. When we visualize an act, these cells trigger an impulse that tells our bodies to perform the action. Researchers believe that when people visualize an image, their brains produce an urge to perform a physical action, which then primes their bodies to act in a way that’s consistent with what they imagine.
By visualizing what you want to achieve, you create a roadmap in your mind that will help you get there.
Step 1 Know what it is that you desire.
It’s very important to know what you want in life so that you can visualize and manifest it in a way that’s satisfying to you. This can be done by understanding what makes you happy and what makes you want to do something that’s important to you.
Answer this question: How do you see myself living without any limitations or constraints?
Step 2 Create as much detail as possible in your visualization.
One of the most important steps in creating a life-changing vision is to create a clear picture of what it should look like. This step can be done in various ways, such as writing down what it should look like on a vision board.
Answer this question: If I could make anything happen, what would my life or desire look like?
Step 3 Imagine and create emotions when visualizing
Start to imagine and feel the emotions in line to your desires. As you go along, remember to feel the emotions you’d feel, as if your are allready living your desires.
Answer this question: What would I feel if all my visualizations came true?
Step 4 Take daily actions.
Visualization without action is useless. Make a habit of taking small steps every day. Every action you take will lead to another and before long, the results are exponential!
Answer this question: What is one thing I could do today that would help me get closer to my desire I want?
Step 5 Follow through
If you don’t follow through with your goals, then what was the point? In order to achieve your goals, you have a responsibility towards your vision. No matter what challenges or obstacles come your way show your unwavering perseverance which is a key element when manifestion your dream reality.
Answer this question: What would help me persevere when I am faced with a challenge?
You allready have the power to create your reality.
And remember — even if things don’t change overnight, they’ll get better with time. You got this!
