Sigmund Freud once said, “The conscious mind is the tip of the iceberg.” Freud was referring to the fact that the conscious mind only represents a small part of the overall mind. The majority of the mind is made up of the subconscious, the part of our brain that controls all of our automatic behaviors and processes, such as breathing and heart rate. It is also responsible for our memories, emotions, and beliefs. Basically, it is everything that makes us who we are.

While the conscious mind is responsible for our logical thoughts and decision making, the subconscious mind is often referred to as the ‘automatic pilot’ because it takes care of all the behind-the-scenes work. It also stores all of our past experiences and learnings, which we access automatically when we need them.   4. Receiving gifts: The act of giving gifts can represent love for someone, while others may feel that actions speak louder than gifts.

  5. Acts of service. Actions you do for each other out of care, like cooking or cleaning up after the party you threw together last night – or just simple acts like offering to drive when you are running errands together.

It is important to remember that we are all motivated by a combination of the five love languages. However, one or two languages are usually more dominant than the others.

Then comes the most difficult part: taking consistent action until your goals have been achieved. Finally, once all the hard work has been done and everything falls in place, enjoy your success!

There are different versions of this method. One way to do this manifestation technique is by breaking down the process  in writing down 3x focus, 6x intention and 9 times outcome. 

Another approach focuses on what you desire to achieve. Write down whatever it is you want to manifest 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times before going to bed.

It’s important to keep these tips in mind when you’re on a manifestation mission for success:

  1. Before you even start writing visualize your desire. Infusing emotions and joy when thinking about your desires elevates the frequency of your vibrations. 
  2. Express gratitude and appreciation for what you are receiving. Manifestation starts with gratitude. This not only emphasizes your visualization, but also reprograms your subconscious mind. 
  3.  When writing or saying your manifestation, make sure that it takes at least 17 seconds. To get your subconscious mind to pay attention, you must hold onto an idea for at least 17 seconds.

What not to do when manifesting

Many people have the idea that when you manifest something, you are asking the universe for it. In fact, it’s more like you’re aligning yourself with a higher vibration of your desire, and then letting go and trusting that the universe will do the work for you.

Here’s what not to do when manifesting

1. Don’t think you have to be perfect. Everything is a learning experience. Whether you feel you’re doing it right or not, you are. So when you think about what’s going on in your life, feel free to acknowledge that things aren’t exactly how you want them to be and allow yourself to feel bad about it, but then remember that things can change.

2. Don’t expect it to happen overnight. It takes time for the Universe to respond because there’s a lag between asking and receiving. The Universe responds to our vibration. When we learn to raise our vibration, greater things can come into our lives at when turning those desires into feelings first.

3. Don’t expect the manifestation process to be quick or easy. The Universe doesn’t take shortcuts! If you require instant gratification or results, this process will not work for you at all. 

Focus

You have the power to create your own life. It’s up to you whether or not you use it. The 369 manifestation method or any manifesting version takes patience, energy, commitment…and most importantly faith (in yourself). Focus is a powerful thing. When you focus your thoughts and energy on something, you can make it happen. Step 4  Take daily actions. 

Visualization without action is useless. Make a habit of taking small steps every day. Every action you take will lead to another and before long, the results are exponential!

Step 5 Follow through 

If you don’t follow through with your goals, then what was the point? In order to achieve your goals, you have a responsibility towards your vision. No matter what challenges or obstacles come your way show your unwavering perseverance which is a key element when manifestion your dream reality.

Keeping a journal can help you stay on track and motivated as you work towards your goals. Visualize what your life would be like if you had your desire, and write down how it would make you feel. Then, take action. The more focused and committed you are, the faster you will see results.
